Physical contact, no matter its form, brings about profound changes in our bodies and minds. From a firm hug to a gentle caress to passionate lovemaking, man’s need to touch and be touched is a powerful human instinct. Many of us instinctively know about the “healing powers of pleasure”, but few of us understand it. Join us for a journey of discovery – an intimate guide to the sacred Art of Touch.

Hot Nude Yoga's Art of Touch will look at many different aspects of sensuality, yoga, Tantra, using the path of ecstasy to get closer to “the divine”. Most importantly, we will experiment with many different ways

to “connect” with each other, and thus deepening your sensual connection to yourself and others to create and build stronger community.

In this work, we will move past Asana, and move more towards the “Sacred Intimate.” These sessions will not be a typical yoga session, and yet, we will be looking and playing with many of the other practices of yoga.

(For those who have attended before, much of the content will be new, as the experience will always be new!)

When - Tuesday night - Feb 9, 16 and 23 @ 7:20 pm (please come between 7:00 and 7:20 pm - the door will close at 7:20 pm sharp) The sessions will last 2 - 2 ½ hours.

- an old tie

- yoga mat (required - we do sell mats in the studio

- water - water is available in the studio.
- two large towels (as opposed to small hand towels)
